CLIENT INFORMATION: Clients are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment allowing time to unwind. We ask that cell phones be silenced in respect to other clients who are seeking a peaceful experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY: As a courtesy to other guests, and because your services are reserved just for you, we require a 48hr-hour notice of cancellation prior to your service. A fee of the service reserved will be charged if you fail to notify us.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURN CHECK POLICY: Gift cards are non-refundable after purchased.

There will be a bank fee added for a returned check.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards must be present at the time of service. Gift cards are to be used for the services only. Sorry, there are no cash refunds. Redeemable on all our services.

GRATUITIES: Gratuities cannot be charged or added to any credit card or bank card, however it can be left in cash or check. Gratuities are not included in our pricing.

PARKING: Parking is available. Please park to the right of the barn for the spa or in the additional parking area. Thank you!

Membership Disclaimer - Appointment changes/Rollovers

-You will have the option to move your changed appointment to the next month or gift it to your somebody special during the month of the cancellation of your scheduled appointment.

-To make changes to your appointments by the 25th of the month for next month scheduled appointments.)Text, call or email cancellation request. Give your name, number and/or name of person to gift it to or to request to move option.

-A 24hr cancellation is required for  canceling your appointment within the month you are scheduled.

-Additional service can be  added to a membership service appointment: The cost of the service will be added to your wellness treatment plan with a 10% discount off additional service.

-A monthly fee for membership will be automatically withdraw for your account at the first of every month.

-Membership may be canceled anytime before the beginning of a new month. 

-You are limited to one cancellation per month. After the first cancellation you will be charged for the massage missed at regular price.  

-Membership will be cancel if cancellation persist for more than 2 months. 

-You choose your program:

-To assure your massage appointments, you are required to book each appointment within the month.
